AG Technologies are experts in the design, engineering and installation of ARCS. According to FDNY Captain Mike Stein who was a first responder on location at the base of the World Trade Center collapse and was instrumental in establishing a remove command post on the east side of what came to be known as ground zero, “The most evident shortcoming for firefighters on that fatal day of September 11, 2001 was the inability to communicate with the Fire Command Center in the lobby of the Twin Towers. -19- years have passed and NYC has specified a code for a system that enables firefighters to communicate with the Fire Command Center. The system allows the Incident Commander at the Fire Command Center to issue an evacuation order that ALL First Responders will be able to receive !!!
