AGTechnologies’ patented solution for Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems, also known as ARCS, meets the National Fire Protection Association’s code recommendations as well as the New York City Fire Department and Building Department’s first responder communication requirements while being highly cost-effective, and simple-to-deploy. Our system is modular, customizable, installation ready, AND fits existing high-rise buildings without needing to spend large amounts of capital on construction and infrastructure. AGTechnologies’ ARCS solution allows first responders, including FDNY, NYPD, EMS, PAPD, FBI, CIA and Secret Service, to communicate reliably from ANY point of any floor, regardless of the complexity of the building while responding to an emergency situation. In addition, the first responders’ precise locations at any point of time are displayed on the command and control screens.

We have the complete in-house capabilities to design, file, install, test and commission an ARCS system and obtain FDNY approval with little interference of the building’s current infrastructure as well as minimal interruption to the on-going operations of the facility.
